What happens

Bart, in a blue Egyptian headdress and striped robe, stands chest-deep in blue water beside two other gold-helmeted figures, one dark-skinned and one yellow, while a grey-violet-haired figure watches from the right. Along a sandy shore with tents, a donkey, and a red tent, a crowd of robed people in white and yellow runs and wades into the water, and a man with a staff near the front shore fights to keep his footing. Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses, raises a wooden staff on the shore as Lisa in a white tunic and other onlookers throw their arms up and cheer. Bart's face shifts from a wide-eyed expression to a grimace and a shout as the crowd erupts in excitement.
