Mr. Burns and his thin assistant Smithers in a white hard hat and glasses stand before cooling towers and a barbed-wire fence at the nuclear plant…

What happens

Mr. Burns, frail and stooped with grey hair at the sides, and his thin assistant Smithers in a white hard hat and glasses stand before cooling towers and a barbed-wire fence at the nuclear plant, Burns rubbing his hands while Smithers rests a hand on his shoulder. Beside an EMERGENCY sign, a dark-haired doctor in a white coat waves with one raised hand while a Black doctor with a stethoscope examines a patient lying under a sheet. Chief Wiggum handcuffs a woman with a tall brown hairdo against a police car marked 911 in front of the POLICE building, and outside Springfield Elementary School a line of children waves as two men in suits stand at the entrance, with Milhouse in glasses and a pink shirt waving on the sidewalk in the final moment.
