Mr. Burns stands at night beside his thin assistant Smithers, who wears glasses and a pink bow tie

What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands at night beside his thin assistant Smithers, who wears glasses and a pink bow tie. Burns raises a white megaphone to his mouth and shouts toward the unseen crowd, then reaches over to grip Smithers by the face or head with one yellow hand while still shouting, before letting go and standing upright again with a sour expression. Behind them are a red vehicle, a wooden fence or desk and grey filing cabinets against a dark blue night sky.
