Mr. Burns and his thin assistant Smithers stand together in tuxedos holding small plates with dessert and a green garnish at a formal party

What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, and his thin assistant Smithers, with glasses and neat grey hair, stand together in tuxedos holding small plates with dessert and a green garnish at a formal party. Over the five frames, Burns glances sideways with a sour expression while Smithers keeps talking and looks toward the crowd, with a mustached man in a tuxedo, a white-haired woman in a dress, and a dark-haired woman in a purple dress moving in and out of view behind them. Burns and Smithers stay in place holding their plates, and the background guests shift around them.
