What happens

Ned Flanders, in his green sweater and glasses, stands at a barred iron gate with a call box, gesturing with a raised fist and speaking while a man in a blue jacket, a dark-haired man, and a woman in a pink top with a black bob look on from the foreground. Flaming torches burn on both sides of the gate, and a partly visible sign reading "NO" is beside the right torch. The scene then shifts to behind the bars, where Sideshow Bob with his spiky red hair glowers beside a smirking dark-haired man in a pink shirt, with a grey-suited man at the right edge and the torches still blazing against the purple night.
