Ned Flanders stands between Homer and a bald, bespectacled man in a white lab coat and purple tie

What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, stands between Homer, in his white shirt, and a bald, bespectacled man in a white lab coat and purple tie. They stand together in a doorway, and in the wider shot they stand at the top of a building's steps as a crowd of protesters with raised arms and blank white placards gathers below, with a police officer in a blue cap at the front left. Ned talks and gestures, first pointing and then pumping his fists, while the man in the lab coat grins and raises his hand in a Vulcan-style salute. No on-screen text is visible.
