About the episode

Hurricane Barbara spares every building in Springfield except the Flanders house, and with no insurance and the Leftorium looted, Ned Flanders' faith is tested. The townspeople rebuild his home so badly that Ned lashes out at all of them and checks himself into Calmwood Mental Hospital. There Dr. Foster, his childhood psychiatrist, realizes that the spanking therapy he once used on Ned left him unable to express anger.
