What happens

A bald, heavyset man with grey hair at the sides, black-rimmed glasses, a white lab coat, a lavender shirt and a maroon tie, who is not one of the named regulars, stands before a brown quilted padded wall with a grey machine edge in the lower right corner. He begins with a tight-lipped grin, then points off to his right, raises one index finger, and points again while smiling more broadly. The gestures are sharp and emphatic, as if he is making a point or giving instructions to someone off-screen.
