What happens

A small red car, its driver barely visible and not identifiable, drives along a winding road toward the entrance of Calmwood Mental Hospital, passing a red brick wall with an open iron gate while a pink multi-story hospital building sits on a grassy hill behind. The car continues past the gate and the scene then holds still on the entrance, with the sign reading "Calmwood MENTAL HOSPITAL" on the wall, a tall lamppost, and the empty road beside it.
