What happens

Homer, bald with a white shirt, and Ned Flanders, with a moustache, glasses, a yellow cap and a yellow jacket, face each other across a wooden picket fence in front of a house with purple shutters and a red arched door. Ned talks and gestures, first with an open raised hand and then with a pinched finger, while Homer grins, then grips the top of the fence and scowls as Ned keeps speaking. Late in the sequence the view tightens on Ned alone against a wooden wall and a metal-banded pipe, where he gestures and talks with his mouth open.
