What happens

Homer, a bald heavy man in a white shirt, stands at a blue dispenser pouring a stream of glowing liquid, while a crowd of shoppers that includes Marge with her tall blue beehive, Lisa in her red dress, and Chief Wiggum in his police cap browses the Kwik-E-Mart near a Duff Beer sign. A brown-haired man in a tan shirt clutches a bag of cat chow in the foreground. The moment then moves to a store shelf where a yellow hand pushes and tips over cans of Creamed Eels and another can with a red label reading Wax Be, as a cartoon shopper picks out the goods.
