What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and white lab coat over a blue shirt, stands against a padded tan wall beside a bald, heavyset man in glasses, a lab coat, a purple tie and a dark belt. The man holds a brown clipboard and pen, grinning and then speaking while he looks at Ned. He then rests his hand on Ned's head and shoulder, and Ned glances up with wide eyes while a green cabinet sits at the left edge of the room.
