Ned Flanders sits in a white straitjacket against a padded grey wall in a sanitarium

What happens

Ned Flanders, with a moustache, glasses and a blue collar, sits in a white straitjacket against a padded grey wall in a sanitarium. A bald, bespectacled doctor in a white lab coat and purple tie stands beside him, holding a brown clipboard. Ned looks around and speaks, then sits in a straitjacket with buckled straps while the doctor looks down at the clipboard. The doctor then glances at Ned as the scene ends, with Ned looking slightly to the side.
