What happens

Nurse Krabappel-like hospital nurse with red hair in a bun and glasses is not a regular, so she is simply a nurse; she pushes a medicine cart with cups down a hallway past the sign reading FLANDERS 107. She stops at the blue door, raises her gloved hand to tap the small window, then leans in to peer through it at Ned Flanders, a moustached man in glasses, a white sweater and lavender pants who sits cross-legged on the floor of a padded room reading an open magazine. Earlier, the night exterior of Calmwood Mental Hospital, its lit windows and pink wall sign reading Calmwood Mental Hospital, sets the scene.
