What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache and glasses, appears in a white coat with buckles beside a bespectacled man in a lab coat who threads film onto a projector in a panelled room. The scene blurs into a chaotic jumble of figures and colours, then settles into an office where the bespectacled doctor sits behind a wooden desk with a telephone while two children in a striped shirt and a dark top sit in chairs before him. A small figure in green raises an arm beside a framed chart on the wall, and a window shows a blue sky.
