What happens

A bespectacled man in a white lab coat and purple tie sits on an orange chair beside a young boy with brown swept hair in a green sweater and blue jeans, both in a room with a window showing trees. The boy shouts with clenched fists, then the man reaches out and touches the boy's chin. The scene blurs into a padded room with quilted walls, where the lab-coated man holding a clipboard leans over a mustached, bespectacled man strapped into a restraint garment, with a metal door behind them.
