Ned Flanders grins in a padded room beside a bald, heavyset man in glasses and a purple tie

What happens

Ned Flanders, in a white coat over a blue shirt with a moustache and glasses, grins in a padded room beside a bald, heavyset man in glasses and a purple tie. The man then works a film projector while Ned sits wide-eyed behind him. The screen shows the title card "JUVENILE AGGRESSION STUDY" with a round seal, followed by "SPONSORED BY SWANSON'S ANGRY MAN DINNERS" above an illustrated tray of food.
