What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, stands among a crowd of neighbors on a grassy street, with Krusty the clown in the group, while a red-haired woman in a pink vest and red skirt talks anxiously beside him. Ned then sits glaring in a red car as the woman leans in at the window, and she next walks away down the street holding the hand of a small girl in an orange dress, with a boy in a T-shirt reading "I'M WITH" followed by partly hidden lettering. Wooden fences, houses and trees line the street behind them.
