What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, drives a red car while a woman with a tall reddish-orange curly hairdo and a pink jacket sits in the passenger seat, and two curly-haired children sit in the back seat, one of them a girl. Ned keeps both hands on the wheel and glances over at the woman as she gestures with her open hand and talks, then looks ahead and grimaces at her. The passenger gestures with an open palm again, and in the last frames she is shown holding up one hand as she talks, with the car rolling past suburban houses and tree-lined yards outside the windshield.
