What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses, sits in a crowded courtroom-like gallery beside a man in a green shirt with suspenders and a dark-skinned man in a grey jacket and pink sweater who gestures with one hand and speaks. The seated crowd behind them, including a thin older man in a blue suit with a red tie on the right, turns and reacts with stony or smiling expressions, while stained-glass windows glow behind them. Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, then appears in a close-up glancing sideways, and the scene moves outdoors as a red minivan drives past pink and beige houses with Ned at the wheel, two curly-haired children in the back and a woman with an orange bouffant in the passenger seat.
