What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, stands in front of a colorful stained-glass window and gestures with open hands while talking, then Homer in a blue suit and green tie joins him at his side and looks on with a skeptical scowl. Ned's expression shifts to a sheepish, grimacing look as Homer watches him, and Ned glances around nervously. Later, in a courtroom gallery crowded with townspeople, Sideshow Bob with his huge spiky red mane and Apu in a blue suit, along with a woman in a purple top, talk and look toward the front. The scene ends with Ned back at the stained-glass window, eyes darting and mouth stretched in a tense grin.
