Homer and Ned Flanders stand side by side in front of a stained-glass window with red, orange and purple panes

What happens

Homer, in a blue suit with green tie and red suspenders, and Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green suit, stand side by side in front of a stained-glass window with red, orange and purple panes. Homer grips his suspenders, grinning and squinting, then tugs at them and gives a sheepish look while Ned stands still with a steady, unimpressed expression. In the final moment Homer lifts his right hand and points a finger at Ned, who keeps his eyes closed and stands passively. Behind them, a crowd in a courtroom-style gallery sits in the first moments of the clip, with wide-eyed, open-mouthed faces including a bald man, Chief Wiggum in uniform and a woman with a tall blue beehive (Marge's style), though only Homer and Ned are the focus of the action.
