What happens

Homer, a bald heavy man in a white shirt and blue pants, and a moustached man with glasses in a white shirt sit facing each other across a table with a microphone, while two green-skinned men in blue uniforms sit in the foreground, the one on the right gesturing with his hand and then turning to the group. The scene then moves outside, where Homer, a man in a green sweater, and a man in a white lab coat and sunglasses stand in open glass doors with their arms spread wide above a crowd of cheering people with raised hands and blank signs on a staircase, including a police officer in a cap. Homer and the lab-coated man are the most prominent figures, and the crowd fills the foreground as the trio waves to them.
