What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, stands beside a wall at first, then in a tiled kitchen with a fridge, wooden cabinets and a sliding glass door, where Homer, wearing an orange hard hat, white shirt and tool belt, holds a hammer and gestures toward the glass. Homer begins by inspecting a loose nail in the wall, then moves to the middle of the room and sweeps his arm toward the door while a crowd of onlookers in hard hats watches from the foreground. Ned stands stiffly beside the cabinets as Homer turns to address the group, with Krusty-like figure with green hair and a few other onlookers in the foreground.
