What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and white shirt, sits in a visiting room facing Homer, who is bald and wears a white shirt, in a chair with his back to the viewer. A microphone and two papers sit on the table between them, and Ned speaks through a glass partition while Homer stays still and unresponsive. In the later frames, two guards in blue uniforms with green skin sit in the foreground at a console, one of them lifting a handset to his mouth and then leaning toward the window as the room's clocks and dials glow on the left. Homer remains seated, looking toward Ned, who keeps his arms folded.
