Ned Flanders stands among a crowd of onlookers on a grassy lot facing Bart, who wears an orange shirt and blue shorts

What happens

Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, stands among a crowd of onlookers on a grassy lot facing Bart, who wears an orange shirt and blue shorts. Ned leans forward and gestures with his hands, then straightens up and sweeps an arm out toward the crowd while Bart stands with his fists clenched, looking up at him. Marge, with her tall blue beehive, watches from the left as Ned, scowling and shouting, leans in close to Bart beside scattered wooden planks on the grass.
