What happens

Ned Flanders, with a moustache, glasses and green sweater, stands on a rubble-strewn lot beside Homer, seen from behind in a white shirt and blue pants with an orange cap on his head. As Homer lifts a hand to his head, Ned holds a pink cloth and his glasses, then raises the glasses to inspect them and later gestures with one finger while still holding the cloth. Debris, a purple fence, a brick chimney and an orange planter with green foliage surround them under a plain blue sky.
