What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, sits in a tall red high-backed chair behind a large wooden desk in a book-lined study, with a skull on a shelf behind him. He raises a single dollar bill between his fingers, glancing at it with a sour, skeptical expression while his hand rests against his chin, then lifts and waves the bill higher as he gestures with it. The desk's curved legs and the bookshelves filled with colorful volumes frame the scene.
