Mr. Burns and Smithers stand outdoors on a street with a flagpole, houses, and an orange-brown object in the foreground

What happens

Mr. Burns, a bald, thin, stooped old man in a dark blue suit and red tie, and Smithers, his thin assistant with glasses in a grey-blue suit and orange tie, stand outdoors on a street with a flagpole, houses, and an orange-brown object in the foreground. Burns first rubs his chin with a fist and then gestures with an open hand while speaking, and Smithers stands with his hands behind his back. Later Burns leans over the orange-brown object with a clenched fist raised, and Smithers looks on with a worried expression and open hands. On-screen white captions appear over the early frames, reading "Produced by Richard Raynis" and then "Produced by David Silverman".
