What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, stooped old man in a navy suit and red tie with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands beside an unnamed older man with swept grey hair, a maroon sweater and a dark tie, both in front of a red curtain. Burns talks and gestures with his mouth moving while the man in the sweater looks sideways, then speaks with his mouth open, and later Burns glances sideways and presses his lips together. The sweater man ends with a sly, closed-mouthed smile while Burns narrows his eyes, with no on-screen text or props visible.
