Principal Skinner stands in a school office with a bald, stooped older man in a navy suit, while a man in a blue suit with a pink tie and a Black man…

What happens

Principal Skinner, neat grey hair and a suit with a red tie, stands in a school office with a bald, stooped older man in a navy suit, while a man in a blue suit with a pink tie and a Black man in a dark suit look on. The man in the blue suit with a pink tie, shown from behind in the early moments, stands face to face with Skinner, who grimaces and then sets his jaw. Later the men shift position and the bald figure in the navy suit reaches out to rest a hand on the shoulder of the man in the blue suit, while Homer, Marge and Bart stand nearby with a uniformed older man in a dark green military jacket with medals. Framed certificates and a school picture hang on the wall behind them, and a red-and-white ribbon-like badge is visible on the wall. The group stands in a school office, with Bart gritting his teeth and shaking his head as the scene ends.
