What happens

Kent Brockman, the grey-haired news anchor in a red suit, first stands beside a hospital bed where a red-haired patient lies with his tongue out while a nurse and a bespectacled doctor look on. He then sits at a desk reading from a sheet of paper beneath an EXTRA sign with stars. Finally, Homer sits on the brown couch in the pink living room while baby Maggie plays with blocks on the rug, and Marge, holding a bundle, Bart and Lisa gather beside them.
