What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail, stooped, very thin old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands glowing in a green aura among purple forest trees, first with his hands clasped and scowling, then raising a clenched fist with gritted teeth. Beside him, a man with spiky black hair, a moustache, a white lab coat and an orange tie looks on as Burns, eyes wide, holds up a small green sprig, and then grins widely with his hands raised near his face.
