Mr. Burns wears a navy coat and green scarf against a bright blue sky with snowy ground at the edges

What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose, grey hair at the sides and a dark brown cap, wears a navy coat and green scarf against a bright blue sky with snowy ground at the edges. He gestures with his yellow hands, first pointing and then spreading one palm outward while speaking, and his expression shifts from a sly sideways glance to an open-mouthed, eyes-closed talk. He then flicks his hands in front of his chest, glancing sideways with a smirk, and finally scowls with his mouth open and teeth showing. A small white cloud sits at the left edge of the sky.
