Mr. Burns and his thin assistant Smithers stand on a snowy hillside under a bright blue sky

What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail, stooped old man in a dark hat and green scarf, and his thin assistant Smithers, wearing glasses and a green-and-orange vest, stand on a snowy hillside under a bright blue sky. Burns speaks and then holds up a silver trophy with partly visible engraved text reading WORLD'S WORST, next to Smithers' face. Burns then stands behind a wooden podium and gestures outward toward a line of bundled-up people with backpacks, including a heavy man in a red hat and purple jacket, as they listen in the snow.
