Mr. Burns stands in a wooden log cabin facing a man with round glasses, short brown hair, a puffy blue vest and a red backpack

What happens

Mr. Burns, frail and stooped with a hooked nose and blue-grey hair at the sides, wrapped in a tattered grey shawl over a red turtleneck, stands in a wooden log cabin facing a man with round glasses, short brown hair, a puffy blue vest and a red backpack. Burns grimaces and fidgets with his shawl while the man, wearing brown gloves, reaches out toward him, and then Burns turns his wide-eyed gaze outward as the man keeps watching. The scene then widens to a crowd of bundled-up people in winter hats and scarves, including a bald, stubbled Homer with a green scarf, who look on as Burns speaks to them with the vested man in the foreground.
