What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, wears a red robe and holds a golden hook-like rod, first standing over Homer, the bald, heavy man in a white undershirt-style underwear, who lies sprawled on a blue wooden floor with his arms and legs spread. Homer then raises his arms to his head, grimacing and squinting, with a green scarf around his neck, while a glass lies tilted on the floor nearby. Burns raises the golden rod above his head and strikes against the blue log wall, then leans over Homer and presses a hand on Homer's bare belly while Homer's head rests against a round teal object. The scene is a dim, snowy blue cabin interior.
