What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, flies a red kite on a grassy hillside beside a stone wall while Smithers, his thin assistant with glasses, stands behind him with his hands clasped. Burns raises and lowers his arms and gestures with his hands as the kite hangs in the blue sky, and the scene ends with Smithers in a green jacket and pink bow tie, spun around by the kite string, with small sparkles around him.
