What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands beside a park bench holding a pink-and-yellow kite spool, while a woman in a black hat and dark dress with a violet bow, and a man with glasses, a pink bow tie and a green jacket with a name badge stand nearby. The woman, sitting in a blue-skirted carriage or pram at the left, holds a small object near the pole, and Burns looks up and gestures with his free hand as he grips the spool. In the final frame he leans forward, eyes raised, and the kite string runs up past the pole toward the top of the frame as he holds the spool and looks upward at it.
