What happens

Homer Simpson, bald and heavy in a white shirt and blue pants, sits on a wooden chair at a studio microphone and is voiced to be playing a character, while a blonde woman in a green shamrock-patterned coat holds a stack of papers and watches beside a table of snacks. Homer then lifts a red object to his mouth and speaks into it, and the woman stands with a hand on her hip. Afterward, a heavyset man in a green suit and red tie gestures with both arms at a long blue control console covered in red buttons, while a row of onlookers, including a man in headphones, a bearded man in a white squid-print shirt, and a long-haired man with folded arms, watches; the man then leans forward with his hands on the console and a stern expression.
