What happens

Bart and Lisa sit at the back of a classroom with a chalkboard while a man with a moustache and a green cardigan holds up a small grey device with a dial and waves his other hand. A boy with a bowl-cut of blond hair in a teal shirt raises his hand and speaks at his desk, which has a grey box with red and green lights and a knob, while a girl with a blond braid and pink bow watches. The man's green sleeve then reaches over and presses against the boy's face, stopping him from talking.
