What happens

Bart and Lisa stand with Milhouse, who has blue hair and glasses, and other children at a long grey console covered in black push-button switches, all raising their hands and looking eager. An unnamed man with a moustache, brown hair and a green zip-up jacket stands in front of a building with a partly visible "...CE RESEARCH" sign, first gesturing with open hands and then turning to point toward a blue door at the right. The children watch him and wave their arms while he talks, and the scene stays in front of the research building.
