What happens

A bespectacled man with dark curly hair in a green plaid shirt over a red turtleneck sits in a blue chair at a desk, fidgeting with a red pen and gesturing while he talks. Beside a seated Krusty, a heavyset older man with blue-grey hair in a green suit watches, and Mrs. Krabappel, with a tall brown hairdo and light blue jacket, speaks across the desk toward them, with a wall-mounted TV behind them. The scene then widens to show three men side by side behind the desk: a bearded man in a green shirt and blue bucket hat, the bespectacled man in plaid, and a man with reddish-brown hair in a blue shirt, all glancing sideways.
