What happens

Krusty the Clown, with green hair, a red nose, white gloves, pink shirt and blue bow tie, sits at a wooden counter with his cheek propped on his hand while a woman with a short brown hairdo, blue suit, bow-tie blouse and earrings stands beside him. She first speaks with her hands at her waist, then raises an index finger, and stands with a hand on her hip as Krusty looks on. She reaches out to touch the top of his head, then turns back to gesture with an open hand while still speaking, and the pair stay against a yellow wall with wood paneling.
