Ned Flanders sits on a dark red couch beside Homer in his white shirt and blue pants, and rests a hand on Homer's belly while talking to him

What happens

Ned Flanders, with a moustache, glasses and green sweater, sits on a dark red couch beside Homer in his white shirt and blue pants, and rests a hand on Homer's belly while talking to him. In the living room with a pink wall and a framed Maggie portrait, a Black man in a grey jacket and pink sweater, who resembles Carl but is one-off in this scene, first stands by the couch, and a green-capped man and a heavy man in a light sweater step in behind them. Ned then stands up and walks off to the right, leaving Homer seated on the couch, while the Black man stays by the couch looking on and Homer sits with a dazed expression.
