What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, crouches under a grey dome-shaped metal cover with wide eyes, and a second man in a brown coat and brown cap hides beside him under another grey cover, clutching his head and looking nervous. The two stay hidden against a blue windowed wall with a green plant at the top corner, and then a wider view shows a group of yellow-skinned townspeople walking out onto a snowy street lined with red-and-white candy canes, snowmen, and red houses with snowy roofs.
