What happens

Sideshow Bob, with his huge mane of spiky red hair, and Bart, in his orange shirt, dangle together from a rope against a plain grey backdrop, with Bart clinging to Bob's leg while Bob holds a red-and-white detonator-style box in one hand. In the first image they are high in the air with Bob's shadow below them, then they sway and descend while Bob's arm stretches out. Meanwhile a curly-haired man in a white shirt peers over a reddish cliff edge toward a pine forest under a pink-and-yellow sunset sky. The cliff face and a small cylindrical cage-like object sit in the lower part of the scene. The scene ends with Bob and Bart dangling upside down, Bart's legs kicking and Bob's arm flung out, both still on the rope.
