What happens

Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, is held in the air by a curly-haired man in a green argyle sweater against a pink sunset sky over pine trees. The man lifts Bart overhead and then carries him toward a grey concrete dam, with a small orange car parked at the base of a brown cliff. A close-up then shows a bundle of red dynamite sticks wired to a small detonator on a grey surface as a yellow hand reaches in to place it.
