What happens

Sideshow Bob, with his huge mane of spiky red hair, a blue shirt and red tie, first appears in close-up looking worried and gesturing, then stands at the top of a railed ramp over blue water, pointing toward Bart while Lisa, in an orange top, walks down the ramp and later stands beside him at the railing. Bart, in an orange shirt and spiky hair, waits alone at the water's edge at the right, and in the final close-up he looks sideways with wide eyes in front of a grey-blue wall. Notable objects include the teal dome-shaped structure, the metal ramp and railings, and the stairway behind Bob in the early close-ups.
