Lisa Simpson and Bart Simpson stand watching while Sideshow Bob works at a water-pumping station

What happens

Lisa Simpson, in her red dress with a pearl necklace, and Bart Simpson, in his orange shirt and blue shorts, stand watching while Sideshow Bob, with his huge mane of spiky red hair, blue shirt, red tie and brown trousers, works at a water-pumping station. Bob climbs a green staircase, then carries a wooden plank across a circular platform and wedges planks into a large grey turbine wheel while water pours from pipes above and spills across the floor. Beside the staircase stands a small purple box machine with a frowning face, and scattered wood and debris lie on the floor as the water continues to gush.
